Jurgen Klopp is reportedly a big fan of Jude Bellingham, with Fabrizio Romano reporting that Liverpool "started the conversation a few weeks ago with Borussia Dortmund with an approach for" the Englishman.

They've completed bargain moves for Fabio Carvalho and Calvin Ramsay with a club-record transfer for Darwin Nunez sandwiched between the two teenagers.

While Liverpool's midfield is one of the best in Europe, it's ageing.

Liverpool start conversation to sign Jude Bellingham

The Athletic's James Pearce reports that Liverpool would not be scared off by a £103M price tag for Bellingham but a deal is unlikely this summer.

According to Fabrizio Romano, however, the Reds already "started the conversation a few weeks ago with Borussia Dortmund with an approach."

The German outfit told them he "is untouchable this summer" but goes on to add that they are "thinking of this player and Jurgen Klopp is a big fan."

Liverpool are not alone in wanting Bellingham, with Real Madrid, Manchester United and Chelsea all credited with an interest.

Is Bellingham joining Liverpool realistic?

I believe so but unless FSG break character by flashing their cash, Bellingham will not join the Reds this summer.

Every club has a price for every player. For Philippe Coutinho, it was £142M but for Jude Bellingham, it could be well over £103M this summer.

Liverpool will wait to get their chance to sign Bellingham but I do think he will end up as a Red.
