Liverpool have received several offers for Xherdan Shaqiri and while the club's asking price is yet to be met, the feeling is that it will be soon.

The Liverpool star bowed out of the EUROs in impressive style as he scored three goals and got one assist to help the Swiss reach the quarter-finals.

Now, with the 29-year-old returning from the tournament, he has a number of proposals to consider.

Anfield Central understands that Liverpool are currently in close contact with three different teams but are yet to have their asking price matched.

The Reds want £15m and after his impressive displays at the EUROs, they are confident they will soon receive an acceptable offer for the 29-year-old.

Lazio and Sevilla are the favourites to sign Shaqiri and while AS Roma have shown interest for months, they have yet to indicate that they will make an offer.

Liverpool signed Shaqiri in 2018 after triggering his exit clause after Stoke City were relegated from the Premier League, paying £13million to secure his services.

The Reds are hoping to secure a minor profit on his transfer fee but will be happy to settle for £13million if it means they move him on this summer.

Shaqiri will be fondly remembered by Liverpool fans and after his heroic display against Barcelona in the Champions League semi-final comeback at Anfield, he will forever have a place in the club's rich history.
