Liverpool submit €100million bid to agree a Naby Keita-style deal for future superstar in 2023

Liverpool have made a bid to sign Jude Bellingham for €100m it has been reported by Spanish outlet Cadena Ser.

The report states that Real Madrid want the midfielder but their midfield ranks are full after signing Aurelien Tchouameni.

Carlo Ancelotti simply does not have space for another premium midfield option.

That said, Madrid "could sign Jude Bellingham right now so that his price does not increase" and informed Borussia Dortmund of their interest last summer during negotiations for Erling Haaland.

Real Madrid have a "big problem".

That problem, Cadena Ser reports, is "called Liverpool".

Jurgen Klopp "also wants Bellingham" and Liverpool have "already offered €100million".

After losing out on Tchouameni, now could be the Reds chance to strike for the 18-year-old Dortmund star and beat out the competition early.

However, after losing Haaland, Dortmund will not sell the prodigy.

Liverpool's priority must be to arrange a deal in advance to sign the midfielder.

Similar to how a deal was agreed a year in advance for Naby Keita with Liverpool agreeing to pay a premium to secure his services.

Manchester United and Chelsea are sure to be in the mix as well.

Liverpool need a midfielder this summer but if necessary, it can wait until 2023 if it means that midfielder is Bellingham.

He's only 18 yet he is a fully-fledged member of the England national team and has already made 135 appearances for Birmingham City and Borussia Dortmund.

Jurgen Klopp could do wonders with the teenager and is already assembling a squad filled with young stars.

He already has Fabio Carvalho (19), Harvey Elliott (19), Darwin Nunez (22), Trent Alexander-Arnold (23) and Ibrahima Konate (23).

Not to mention the imminent signing of Calvin Ramsay.

If Klopp were to add Bellingham to the mix, the future would be even brighter for Liverpool.

A €100million fee for a teenager is mental but Bellingham might just be worth it.
