Liverpool have been tipped to sign Jude Bellingham who has been described as the ‘perfect fit’ for Jurgen Klopp’s side.
The Borussia Dortmund midfielder has been strongly linked with a move to Anfield all summer and the links continue to be strong.
With Liverpool signing attacking and defensive reinforcements with Darwin Nunez, Fabio Carvalho and Calvin Ramsey, some believe the Reds have neglected one area above all else.
Jurgen Klopp on Jude Bellingham: “He’s not on the market – so, that’s the only problem with that player!”. 🔴🏴 #LFC

Liverpool are making a Jude Bellingham mistake
Former Arsenal player Paul Merson made his case that Liverpool should have signed Bellingham in his column for SportsKeeda: “I think Liverpool are crying out for a midfield player.
“I don’t think their midfield is strong enough. Jude Bellingham is a good player, and I think he would be a great signing.
“Liverpool are currently relying solely on their full-backs for energy. Thiago’s not a box-to-box midfielder, and Jordan Henderson is another year older.
“They need legs in midfield, and Jude Bellingham could be that box-to-box presence for the side.”
Liverpool’s midfield currently has depth, but there is definitely an argument there regarding the strength in depth.
There is potential for the Merseyside club to look to upgrade their midfield, especially when you compare it to the likes of Manchester City.

Dietmar Hamann also wants a midfield addition
Former Liverpool midfielder – and Champions League winner – Dietmar Hamann spoke to Goal about their midfield situation.
The former German international believes that Klopp lacks a consistent goal-scoring midfielder and that the 19-year-old English international would be “perfect” for the German boss:
“They need goals from midfield. You look at Rodri, Gundogan, Bernardo Silva, they will get 20-25 goals between them,” Hamann stated.
“Next year, there has been talk about Bellingham and I think he would be the perfect fit – he gets a goal, is a very good footballer, he is tremendous for his age. That’s the area they need to address.”
The Englishman already has 10 goals and 18 assists in 90 games for the German side.
